I had one that looked just like that one.

I used to get so pissed off when that happened. The music would play and out of nowhere it would start sounding like Alvin and chipmunks are singing lol. Sometimes the tape couldn’t be saved.

Or finding ketchup! This one time I out my finger through the slot to take back my quarter and I got a big blob of ketchup along with it. I was so grossed out. I almost vomited.
 
That reminds me of my dad when he beat the Legend of Zelda for the first time on the NES.
