On this day, October 3, 1986, the comedy-action film Tough Guys, directed by Jeff Kanew, premiered in theaters! Starring Hollywood legends Burt Lancaster and Kirk Douglas, the film follows two aging criminals who are released from prison after 30 years and struggle to adapt to life on the outside. Featuring a great supporting cast that includes Charles Durning, Dana Carvey, and Eli Wallach, Tough Guys had a budget of $18 million and grossed $21.4 million at the box office.

Who remembers the hilarious chemistry between Lancaster and Douglas?
