I believe the reason why I am attached to teen movies from the 80s decade because I’m able to relate to them.

Teen movies were raunchy, funny, different and entertaining. I agree with Manny too. Most of us were able to relate to the characters and the music just kicked ass.

It‘s not just 80s teen movies that give me a sense of nostalgia it’s all of them. They remind me of my youth.

Most of the eighties teen movies were based around suburbia and if you grew up in that environment you could relate to them.
