Released in 1982 for the Magnavox Odyssey², Crazy Chase is also known as KCs Crazy Chase, KCs Krazy Chase, and in some regions simply as 44. It was the official follow-up to the earlier hit KC Munchkin and brought back the same quirky character in a wild new maze adventure.

This time, KC must destroy the Dratapillar, a long centipede-like creature that winds its way through each maze. Players do this by eating the creature segment by segment while dodging hazards and avoiding being trapped. The game was more chaotic and humorous than its predecessor and featured faster gameplay, improved graphics, and sound effects that made full use of the Odyssey² hardware.

Crazy Chase stood out at the time for its colorful design and fast action. It was especially popular in Europe where it was often released under the title 44 Crazy Chase. Today it remains one of the most beloved and collectible titles for the Odyssey² system.

In some regions, Crazy Chase was compatible with the Odyssey² voice module which added silly and sarcastic commentary throughout gameplay.
