On September 4, 1985, Baltimora released their debut album, Living in the Background, in the United States. The album had already made waves earlier in the year, having been released in April in Italy and the UK. Featuring the hit single “Tarzan Boy,” the album showcased Baltimora’s unique Italo-disco style and climbed to #49 on the Billboard charts, marking a successful entry into the American music scene.
