Both Night Court and Cheers were staples of 80s television packed with unforgettable characters and sharp writing. Cheers gave us the cozy bar where everybody knew your name especially Norm's while Night Court delivered late night laughs with a cast of oddball personalities and wild courtroom antics.

I'm going with Cheers all the way. I never got into Night Court and I tried watching quite a few times.

Cheer's is one of favorites shows. Night Court was funny too.
 
I didn’t mind Cheers but I liked Night Court better. Lurch was the man.
