I may have been born in 1988. However , I was raised on tons of eighties , franchises , music, art , so strangely , though I was a nineties kid , I have eighties nostalgia , even though technically , I wasn't born in the eighties. I also have nineties nostalgia. But my heart is always in 80s, girl.Even though technically , i'm a poser , since I was not born the eighties.

But in all fairness , the nineties were still the eighties in a lot of it's morals, the music, cetra.. There wasn't necessarily a nineties , it was the eighties twice , and then it went to the 2000's and I feel like a sudden culture shock! personally.
I wouldn’t call that being a poser at all. Plenty of people were shaped by the 1980s without being born squarely in them. What matters is what was playing in the house, what movies you watched on repeat and what stuck.
