What do you guys think? I came across this video on YouTube and I have to say it was spot in! Things really were different for us who grew up in the. 80s. Catching an ass whooping from your parents and even a teacher especially if you went to a private school like they were giving out candy was one of them lol. Surrounded by smokers when you were a kid lol. My parents smoked liked chimneys esp in the family vehicle. In the middle of winter the windows might have had a crack if you were lucky 😂😂.

Oh lord in this day and age nothing is socially acceptable!!! I was allowed to stay outside on my street till midnight during the summers all the time! My parents weren’t worried because there was always a neighborhood adult outside making sure no stranger came around. The white walls in my house were yellow due to all the smoke. My parents smoked cigarettes all the time. Heck I used to go to the corner store and buy them for parents hahaha!

We really do live in sad times. Things were so much easier and simpler during the 80s and the 70s.

Times are different now. Society progresses for the most part. Whether it's in a positive or negative way is subjective. Personally I agree with both of you.
