On this day, October 22, 1982, The Quest premiered on ABC. The adventure series followed a group of young people on a mission to solve mysteries and explore different worlds. Despite an interesting premise, The Quest lasted only one season with a total of 9 episodes, struggling to find a large audience during its short run.
