Overview: When genius cybernetics engineer Ted Lawson brings home his top-secret invention, a Voice Input Child Identicant or V.I.C.I., life becomes anything but mechanical for the Lawson Family. With his boss and his nosy family living next door, Ted, his wife Joan and their son Jamie must pass Vicki off as a real child. It is easy for Joan, who cannot help doting on her like a daughter, but harder for precocious Jamie, who uses Vicki to do his homework and to ward off Harriet, the annoying redheaded girl next door.

Small Wonder was a great kids show for our time but no way could I watch it today so I rated it a 3 lol. I mean c’mon! A little girl robot and living in a suburban family and they have to make sure that shes not discovered. I mean how about changing her clothes instead of making her wear the same dress everyday. That’s the beauty of the 80s. It didn’t matter. They’d produce the show and roll with it. Whether it was good or it didn’t matter. The show did last 4 years though. I just think it was more appealing to little kids unlike other 80s kids shows that we as adults could still watch and enjoy it.
