On this day October 29, 1983, the final episode of the animated series The Dukes aired, concluding the cartoon adventure that brought the characters of The Dukes Of Hazzard into a new format. The show followed Bo and Luke Duke as they raced around the world in the General Lee, competing against Boss Hogg and Rosco in high speed contests packed with wild stunts and fun chases.
