I remember when this song was everywhere. It felt like it was always on the radio or playing in the background at the mall. I did not actually see The Breakfast Club right away, but once I did, that final scene with the music playing stayed with me. It was one of those perfect movie moments.

Even now, when I hear the song, it brings back that whole feeling of the mid 80s. Driving around, windows down, not a care in the world. Simple Minds really captured something special with this one.
