On This Day: March 26 1988 Final Episode of What's Happening Now Aired.

On this day March 26 1988 the final episode of What's Happening Now aired in syndication. The sitcom was a continuation of the original 70s hit What's Happening which aired from 1976 to 1979.

Set years later What's Happening Now reunited Raj Rerun and Dwayne as adults navigating careers relationships and everyday life. Raj was now a writer Dwayne worked in computers and Rerun still brought his signature energy to the group. The show also introduced new characters including Raj’s wife Nadine...
