On this day March 21 1980 the cult surrealist film Forbidden Zone premiered. Directed by Richard Elfman the film starred Hervé Villechaize Susan Tyrrell Marie-Pascale Elfman and Danny Elfman in a bizarre musical fantasy that defied conventional storytelling.
