On June 29, 1988, the iconic comedy film “Coming to America” premiered in theaters. Starring Eddie Murphy and Arsenio Hall, the movie follows the story of an African prince who travels to America in search of true love. The film quickly became a box office hit, ranking as the 3rd highest-grossing movie of 1988.
