On this day, October 6, 1985, the beloved animated series Jem made its debut in syndication! Running for 3 seasons with 65 episodes, the show followed the adventures of Jerrica Benton and her alter-ego Jem as they battled rival bands and navigated the world of music and stardom.

Fun Fact!
Jem featured the voice talents of Dave Coulier, better known as Uncle Joey from Full House.
