On this day April 16, 1982, the political satire thriller Wrong is Right premiered in theaters. Directed by Richard Brooks, the film starred Sean Connery as a globe traveling news reporter who gets caught in a twisted plot involving nuclear weapons, terrorism, and political cover ups. The cast also included Robert Conrad, Leslie Nielsen, and Jennifer Jason Leigh.
