The good old days. I used to have my dad take me to the video rental store on Fridays and it was always in the horror section.

I used to work behind the counter of a video rental store when I was a teen during the late 1980s. It was mainly rated r films that were rented on Friday and Saturday nights.

I definitely fit the description. It was almost always a horror/thriller for me unless I rented something like the Warriors.

Oh yeah. Friday night and Saturday practically all day people would come in and rent mainly scary movies. Lots of little kids with their dads.
