Plot: Beetlejuice 1988 is one of the most original movies of the decade. Directed by Tim Burton, it follows a recently deceased couple who find themselves trapped in their home. When a new family moves in, they turn to a wild spirit named Beetlejuice to scare the newcomers away. What follows is a mix of strange comedy, chaotic moments, and unforgettable scenes.

Michael Keaton plays the title character in a performance that became iconic. Even with limited screen time, he completely steals the show. The film also stars Alec Baldwin, Geena Davis, Winona Ryder, and Catherine O’Hara.

Beetlejuice helped define the weird and creative visual style that Tim Burton became famous for. With unusual effects, a dark sense of humor, and a strong cast, the movie became a major hit. It later inspired an animated series and built a loyal fan base that continues today.

If you enjoy 80s movies that stand out for their originality and personality, Beetlejuice is one you should not miss.

I saw Beetlejuice for the first time at one of my closest friend’s birthday party in the theaters. It was definitely a fun movie.
