Alex Kidd in Miracle World is a 1986 Master System side-scrolling platformer video game developed by Sega R&D2 and released by Sega of America in the USA on December 1, 1986.



Journey through the planet Aries to the beautiful City of Radactian - and save it from the evil Janken the Great.

This game was considered to be Sega's attempt on Super Mario.



Alex Kidd in Miracle World is the first of several games in the Alex Kidd series, starring a character which would serve as the company's mascot for half a decade before being replaced by Sonic the Hedgehog.
