Another great article. One of my favorite 80s movie that I find myself watching a few times a year is Gandhi. Not known as being iconic but it’s definitely probably my favorite 80s movie.As for iconic I guess it would have to be the Empire Strikes Back.

Sixteen Candles is a great 80s teen movie. I liked Moonstruck too. I’m not really a fan of the Breakfast Club.

I watched all the movies on that list and can't really argue against any of em...but gotta say my favorites are The Princess Bride and Top Gun...most iconic would be Top Gun or Star Wars...probably Start Wars just because what it grew into...but then again look what Tom Cruise grew into too haha🍻
