Plot: Janey is new in town, and soon meets Lynne, who shares her passion for dancing in general, and "Dance TV" in particular. Yes, she was. I watched it again recently and had forgotten just how bad it was.
That was pretty typical of a lot of 80s movies. They were bad, yet we still watched them anyway.
