We’re definitely still feeling the effects of the 80s It was a groundbreaking decade. From music and pop culture to technology and fashion, the trends and innovations of that time shaped so much of what came after. It’s amazing how the 80s influence keeps showing up, even today.
 
Absolutely, the 70s heavily influenced the 80s. Disco evolved into synth pop, glam rock paved the way for 80s hair metal, and punk inspired the new wave movement. Even in fashion, the bold styles of the 70s transitioned into the more colorful and exaggerated looks of the 80s. It was a natural progression! Bell bottoms are back and they were from the 70s.
