On this day, October 24, 1986, the horror film Trick or Treat premiered in theaters. Directed by Charles Martin Smith and starring Marc Price, Tony Fields, and Lisa Orgolini, the film follows a teenager who resurrects his favorite rock star from the dead through a mysterious record. With appearances by rock legends Gene Simmons and Ozzy Osbourne, the film became a cult favorite despite only grossing $3 million at the box office against its $3.5 million budget.
