On June 28, 1982, Robert Plant, former lead singer of Led Zeppelin, released his debut solo album, “Pictures at Eleven.” The album quickly gained acclaim, reaching #5 on the US Billboard 200 charts and #2 in the UK. Notably, Phil Collins played drums on six of the album’s eight tracks, adding a distinct touch to Plant’s solo sound. “Pictures at Eleven” marked a successful start to Plant’s solo career, showcasing his versatility and continued relevance in the rock music scene.
