Overview:
The Headless Children is the fourth studio album by American heavy metal band W.A.S.P., released by Capitol Records in 1989.

The album demonstrates a certain maturity from the band, with lyrics of a political and social nature. Track 6 in particular "The Neutron Bomber" is about recently retired US President Ronald Reagan. "Mean Man" is however a song written by lead singer/bassist Blackie Lawless about and dedicated to guitarist Chris Holmes and his wild lifestyle. Ironically, Holmes left the band shortly after the album release.
