The SouthBronx was really left to crumble. Who would’ve thought in a country like the U.S. and not to mention New York to be left like that. Horrible times…
I didn’t watch the video yet but I remember how run down the South Bronx was. Especially around the old Yankee stadium Grand Concourse area. It looks so much better now.

Yet as bad as the South Bronx was during that time there were like two streets by the Grand Concourse that were still full of Italians. The safest part in that area.
