On June 24, 1983, the comedy film “Porky’s II: The Next Day” premiered, directed by Bob Clark. The movie featured an ensemble cast including Dan Monahan, Wyatt Knight, Mark Herrier, Roger Wilson, Cyril O’Reilly, Tony Ganios, and Kaki Hunter. With a budget of $7 million, the film enjoyed significant commercial success, grossing $43 million at the box office. This sequel continued the raunchy and humorous adventures of the original “Porky’s” characters, further cementing its place in 80s comedy cinema.
