On this day April 21, 1989, the action film Red Scorpion premiered in theaters. Directed by Joseph Zito, the movie starred Dolph Lundgren as a Soviet Spetsnaz operative sent to infiltrate and eliminate an anti communist resistance in Africa. Things take a turn when he begins to question his orders and ultimately switches sides.
