On this day, November 30, 1982, Michael Jackson released Thriller, an album that redefined music and cemented his place as the King of Pop. Featuring a blend of pop, rock, and R&B, Thriller became an instant classic, topping the US Billboard charts as well as charts in the UK, Canada, Austria, France, Italy, the Netherlands, and Australia.
