On this day, January 23, 1981, the cult horror film Blood Beach premiered in theaters. Directed by Jeffrey Bloom, the movie starred David Huffman, John Saxon, and Burt Young in a chilling story about mysterious disappearances and deaths occurring on a beach in California.
