Yes it is. The woman’s name is Emily. She plays the role of a mysterious blind character who serves as a harbinger of doom, warning
Liza (main character) about the dangers of the cursed hotel. The dog’s name is Dickie and he’s Emily’s guide dog. That was a great scene. The Beyond is one of my favorite 80s horror films. Fulci really made some good horror films.
