Recorded over just two days, the project featured Brian May of Queen, Eddie Van Halen, Phil Chen, Alan Gratzer, and Fred Mandel.
The EP included tracks such as Star Fleet, Let Me Out, and Blues Breaker, blending rock, blues, and improvisation in a raw and exciting way. What began as a lighthearted tribute to a Japanese TV theme evolved into a unique showcase of musical chemistry between two guitar legends. Star Fleet Project later became a cult favorite among Queen and Van Halen fans alike.
