On this day January 22, 1983, MTV made its west coast debut, following its East Coast launch on August 1, 1981. That was when MTV was good. During the mid early to mid 80s I didn't have cable tv so I had to wait until I visited my grandmother upstate to watch MTV.
 
Mtv is a teach your daughter how to be a skank and son how to be loser network. Poisoning their minds with garbage.
