On this day, November 15, 1989, the final episode of A Peaceable Kingdom aired on CBS. Despite a promising concept, the show only lasted one season with a total of 12 episodes. Set in a zoo and following the lives of the staff, A Peaceable Kingdom had a unique setting and storyline but struggled to find a large audience.
